You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order and receive a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

How to Make a Return

1. Contact us by email or via the contact form with your order number
2. We will send you a prepaid return label
3. Drop your parcel at a post office
4. Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days upon receipt

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
